The company FIRST S.R.L. is the owner of the brand SINGOLARE and of website SINGOLARE.IT.

The website features pictures and descriptions of items that reflect the actual availability in our stores. Once the order is processed SINGOLARE reserves the right to re-confirm items availability and double-check the success of transaction or the customer order history. If for any reason the order cannot be confirmed as requested, we will immediately inform the customer with an e-mail providing any relevant info and explaination, as well as possible solutions if needed.

Depending on the selected form of payment, we will refund or stop the transaction at the soonest.

In any case SINGOLARE will do the best to make its customer feel comfortable and safe in placing an order, so don't hesitate to contact us for any other reason regarding your purchase.

For this same reason FIRST S.R.L. reserves the right to not process orders which are not in conformity with the aforesaid commercial terms, and all users of this website accept and agree to respect all the conditions here listed.

Consequently, it is forbidden to reproduce, communicate, distribute, publish, alter or change, in any way or for any purpose, the website contents unless expressly authorised by rights holders where present.

The trademarks and distinctive signs present on the website used to distinguish the products sold are the property of their respective owners and are used within the website only for the purpose of distinguishing, describing and advertising the items for sale.

However, FIRST SRL shall not be liable for any problems, damages, viruses or risks which the user may incur during improper use of the website, and shall not be liable for any malfunction of the website due to the deactivation of cookies in the user’s browser.

SINGOLARE reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the website, as well as to change the terms and conditions of use of the website where necessary without any notification.

TAXES AND SHIPPING

All prices displayed on SINGOLARE.IT are comprehensive of italian valued added tax IVA, that is currently at 22%. Logged-in users with extra EU registered account or guest customers who declare an extra EU address, will see prices without tax addition. Consequently all shipments to extra EU countries are exempt from IVA. The final price for these orders is calculated online before the payment deducting that tax and the invoice will reflect the IVA exemption. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded with Singolare, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on this website. To cancel the agreement, you must send an e-mail to customerservice@singolare.it to request a return authorisation number. The written request must contain the order number, the code of the item being returned and the reason for the return: refund, change or store credit. Once the written request has been received, our customer service will send you a written confirmation with a return authorisation number. You must write this number on the outside of the box you will use for the return.

The Right of Withdrawal is meant properly exercised when the following conditions are also met:
a. The security tag must be still intact and attached to the returned items.
b. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any sign of use. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
c. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment bag, etc.) received with your order.
e. the returned products must be delivered to the forwarding agent within fourteen (14) days starting from communication of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

All eventual import duties for the import of returns are always at customer charge.

FAULTY ITEMS

In case of faulty item(s) or any mistake on the part of SINGOLARE (wrong item, missing styles, etc.), customer must follow the same instructions listed above to get a RMA number and then proceed with the return. Any communication for faulty item must reach us strictly within 20 days from purchase date and in any case within a few days after receiving the goods, that we suggest then to check promptly. Claims received beyond this deadline will not be processed. SINGOLARE reserves the right to ask for photographic support regarding the defective merchandise before approving the return, as well as the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Customer can choose one of the available options for compensation of faulty or wrong items, given the right of SINGOLARE to check the returned goods before any further decision and action.
