Eastpak

Eastpak was founded in 1952 by Monte Goldman as Eastern Canvas Products USA Inc.. The production was initially items for the US Army. The company changed strategy when son Mark Goldman joined the company in 1976. He launched the company into sporting and utility items at the 1977 Chicago show. In 1985 Eastpak introduced light colors and fabric printing, making the products for urban lifestyle use. The company placed a lifetime warranty on its products. Since 2003 the brand has been collaborating with high tier designers such as Walter Van Beirendonck, Raf Simons, Undercover.
